Wellspring Mexico Celebrates 14th School of Ministry

On Friday, July 31st, Wellspring Mexico held graduation for its 14th School of Ministry (SOM), marking the occasion with a catered breakfast celebration. Leader Judy Whitener and her team report that this session reached a new level of excellence across every area — teaching, prayer ministry, and hospitality alike — a result they attribute to 40 days of prayer and fasting leading up to the event.

Thirty-six participants joined the team for this SOM. During the week, 15 people accepted the Lord for the first time or rededicated their lives to Him, and 10 testified to physical healing during the classes, including one participant freed from decades of chronic back pain. Team members expect that number to grow as more participants recognize healing after returning home — a pattern also seen among groups in Alaska.

The dining hall was beautifully set for the graduation breakfast, reflecting the care the team poured into every detail of the celebration

Wellspring Mexico continues to model its teaching closely on Wellspring University, often echoing founder Dr. Art's own words — including his well-known reminder, "Nothing happens until we pray." Leadership credits Dr. Art and Patty's investment in Wellspring Ministry as the foundation for the work now taking place across Latin America.

Team member Rosy Reyes was recognized for her initiative in recruiting two additional team members and leading a six-month online seminar that reached participants throughout Latin America — many of whom went on to attend the SOM in person. New online classes are expected to begin again soon.
